Last updated July 2026. This page explains what FollowWon collects, why, and how long we keep it.
When you submit exam materials or a contact form, we collect: your name, email, phone (if provided), organization, and the files you upload. When candidates attend the facility, we collect: government-ID verification details, a photo taken at check-in, and CCTV footage of the exam hall for the duration of the session.
Information is used to schedule and run proctored exams, verify candidate identity, communicate with the submitting institution, and produce the session report and any incident report delivered after the exam.
Exam materials, CCTV footage, and check-in records are retained for 90 days by default, or for the period specified in a written agreement with your institution, after which they are deleted. Answer scripts are returned or destroyed per the institution's instructions.
We share exam results, recordings, and incident reports only with the institution that commissioned the exam. We do not sell personal data. We may disclose information if required by law.
Uploaded files are transmitted over encrypted connections and stored with access limited to FollowWon staff involved in preparing and proctoring the exam. Physical records are kept in a locked, access-controlled area of the facility.
